ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Welcome to the Barefacedartist.com. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

GENERAL:

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

All Barefaced products displayed on the Site are available to buy only in our online shop we do not sell in shops at the present time. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in UK pounds, for currency converter go to www.xe.com

Our aim is to make all our products rare and desirable we do this by specialising in limited editions. All the collection is based on limited quantities we have small amounts available at the moment. So one day some items will not be available anymore in some sizes or colours. We try to update the site concerning to the available sizes and colours but it may happen that something offered by us on this website has run out. We will inform you immediately in this case and offer you a similar product or cancel your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Barefaced products are custom made, we do not use relabelled stock garments we custom sewn all our clothing collection. Please check the size guides before you place an order. Please note we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and layouts of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

RETURN POLICY:

Refunds or Exchange. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. However, we require that customers notify Barefaced (info@barefacedartist.com) of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. For example if a product doesn’t fit we can exchange it (if we still have your size). Items must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition with all tags still attached and includes both postage details and the printed receipts. Buyer will also have to pay for the extra shipping costs.

SHIPPING:

The shipping costs are included in the prices. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed within 1-5 days and dispatched within a further 5-7 days (depending on location). We use direct next day signed for services within the UK. For orders outside of the UK we again use direct signed for services. If you require more information regarding shipping/tracking numbers or for larger/heavier orders or any other matters about a placed order please email orders@barefacedartist.com.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet process and delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally process and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. From time to time we may use different companies and services.

BUYER is responsible for any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the UK. Barefaced is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier. All the above are subject to change.

REFERRALS AND LINKS:

The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages.

If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
